The lush lawn wraps around the property from the tree-lined front yard to the back of the house, providing plenty of space for lawn games or picnics.
Calming blue hues and coastal decor throughout the updated interior perfectly complements the home's scenic setting. A plush living room sofa and recliners let you gaze out at the bay or kick back to watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. A closed-door home office is furnished for remote working or school study. The all-new kitchen showcases a gleaming suite of stainless steel appliances and stunning countertops that are sure to inspire family meals. The primary bedroom and one of the guest rooms include a private bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The primary suite also features a private sitting area and deck access.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are two cameras. One is under the carport of the garage facing the driveway. The other is on the garage door facing the guest entrance door.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
