La Casita is a small, cozy home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is only 30 minutes from DIA and 25 minutes from Denver downtown. 10 minutes from Quincy Reservoir and close to Cherry Creek Reservoir, great trail, paddle-boarding, kayaking, jogging, fishing, lake sports, biking, and hiking. 60 to 1 hour 30 minutes from the Ski Resort and hot springs.
Guests enter the home and are treated by a mud room seating area. Across the mud room, there is a reclining sofa. This home is a tri-level 2 bedrooms, each with a closet. There is an extra open space that we use as a kid's room with no closet and no door. There is a twin bed in this open space. Also, this open space has a desk to sit and work from if needed. There are 2 bathrooms and one towel warmer in the upstairs bathroom, which is perfect to wrap yourself in after your shower. A well-stocked kitchen and a gas grill ready to be used and enjoy a delicious recipe at a 5-seat dining table. Close to fun outdoor activities like paddle-boarding, kayaking, jogging, fishing, and trails for a nice walk in nature, perfect to end the night with a hot tub to relax and unwind.
