Located in quiet Waterfall Village in the Animas Valley north of Durango. 3 bedroom/2 bath (1424 sq ft), 2 car garage, large master Queen bedroom with ensuite handicap accessible bathroom w/ tub & shower. Second Queen and Third double bunk-bed rooms share 2nd bathroom with tub/shower. Home will sleep 9. A comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, and patio. 5 minutes to Durango Hot Springs, PJ's Market, Dalton Golf Club. Located 6 miles north of Durango and 21 miles north to Purgatory.

Clean place!

It was a great place to stay and the host is very communicative and helpful. We felt comfortable letting our 1 year old crawl around on the floor with how clean the place was. Our kids loved watching the train go by and ran for the front yard every time they heard the whistle. Very convenient to Durango and the surrounding areas.

Fantastic!

Super cute house. Fit everyone perfectly. Just the right distance from downtown. It is a charcoal BBQ not propane, handy to know. Would stay again.

Fabulous!

This property is awesome. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this one is definitely one of the best. It’s clean, organized, and the hosts definitely go above and beyond in providing items for your stay, even to go as far as having cookies in the freezer! Believe me you, we were all pumped about that! If you’re looking for a remote location away from people, this is not for you. But if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood with a relaxing vibe that’s just 5 minutes from Durango, this is perfect. We went to the Purgatory one day and Durango the next. We walked the kids around the neighborhood, which is clean, quiet, and so pretty. And you get to see the train across the road go by! Beautiful property, amazing location, and fabulous hosts. I cannot praise it enough and will definitely be staying here in the future!

Perfect for us

Family trip to Durango and Mesa Verde and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location if you want something in close proximity to the hot springs. We also went to Bar D Chuckwagon which was very close as well. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed drinking coffee while watching the ravens and even a rabbit in the backyard. Highly recommend!

Great stay at the Waterfall Inn

The Waterfall Inn was an nice and relaxing stay. The property was clean and had all the amenities ready for us. All the essentials along with some extras, like cookie dough to make cookies where there. The location was wonderful being just outside of town. The close hike was nice for some morning exercise and great views. It was an all around great place and would recommend it and would stay there again.
