Beautiful 3Br waterfront home w/amazing views! Instantly you'll feel right at home in our newly decorated space. Backyard lagoon-front w/dock for swimming, fishing, crabbing & boating (several marinas nearby w/boat launches). Bikes, Kayaks, Tubes and Rafts, Cornhole, grill, and fire pit provided!
If you're looking for a relaxing quiet residential area, with many year round residents this is for you. The area does become more populated in the summer with out of town property owners and renters, which adds some "buzz" to the air with lots of activities to enjoy. So much to do and see, golf, tennis, pickleball, public beaches, shopping, Atlantic City, Long Beach island, Restaurants both inland and on the water. Overall it's a wonderful, relaxing place to visit any time of the year.
The area is very easily accessible, with approx. 6 parking spaces on the concrete driveway.
Enjoy bayfront living in this convenient location to area beaches, towns and events.
