The unit is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed via the stairs. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, 2 resident-only outdoor swimming pools, 2 modern fitness studios, a clubhouse with a pool table & cornhole, and a BBQ grill & picnic area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, appliances, food storage, and pots & pans, so you can enjoy dining in just like you do at home. The Leasing Center has light complimentary refreshments as well.
Other things to note
Guests who book this apartment must be at least 21 years old and will be asked to submit a photo of a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport before check-in.

Cleaning
With Coveted Hospitality, you never worry about having to pay for cleaning! For guests with long-term stays: cleanings will be scheduled once a month at no cost to you—compliments of Coveted Hospitality!

Parking
The complex has complimentary parking available everywhere. Parking spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No pass, special access, etc. is needed.

Pet
We're delighted to accommodate your furry friends in our Airbnb. We understand the importance of pets as part of the family, and to ensure their comfort, we have a pet-friendly policy in place. For your convenience, here are the details:
➡A nominal pet fee of $49/pet will be applied.
➡For stays between 7 to 21 nights, the fee will be $100 per pet.
➡For extended stays beyond 21 nights, a monthly fee of $175 per pet will be applicable.

Please note that the pet fees mentioned are designed to be flexible based on the duration of your booking. So, depending on the length of your stay, you'll only need to pay the corresponding difference.
