The open layout allows for seamless interaction between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it ideal for socializing and entertaining.

The kitchen is a highlight of this home, boasting warm wood tones, a built-in pantry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The large breakfast bar area, which comfortably seats six, opens up to the dining area, allowing for easy conversation and mealtime gatherings. This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied. (per City and County of Honolulu Ordinance19-18). The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 30 day rental period. NOTE: Electricity usage $500/month Cap - Guest is responsible for usage above $500.

2 Assigned parking stalls for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.

Great stay in great area!

This is our third time back to Ko olina area (we love it with kids), but first time at this property. It was perfect for our family and very spacious which we loved. Would stay here again!

Good location, but needs TLC and deep clean

Property is in great location. Lots of room but noisy outside from highway traffic. The Owner needs to make some investments in this property. There is no comfortable place to sit and read (need new couch) and rug we had cleaned but still dirty. Outside maintenance was needed and this should have been checked before guests arrive. Ola properties very responsive, but this should not be the job of the guest. We had a good stay but I would give it a B to B- which is too bad for the price you pay

Little human contact- good emails- hard to navigate when you arrive- but since your here for a month- you are able to work through logistics.
