The kitchen showcases granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and opens to the dining room. The dining room features a dining table for six and two bar stools at the kitchen bar and has access to an oceanfront deck with dining table.

The primary suite has a king bed, flat-screen TV, access to the side balcony shared with the twin bedroom, and a bathroom with double sink vanities and shower. The second king bedroom, accessible from the hallway and living room, offers a flat-screen TV, access to the oceanfront balcony shared with the living room, and a bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. The twin bedroom features a flat-screen TV, access to the side balcony shared with the primary suite, and a bathroom with bathtub/shower combination.

The living room and all bedrooms have access to one of the villa's three decks.
