This charming building is very safe & secure. It also has a basement parking garage that is very safe & private parking. Your stay is on the 2nd floor with city view, vaulted ceilings, fully equipped beautiful kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, small dining area w/table & 4 chairs, Very comfortable queen bed, small cozy living room with couch & chair and a new smart TV. The bathroom is fully equipped with tub & shower, hair dryer & a clothes washer/dryer combo. Lots of closet space with an iron & board, double air mattress, laundry bag & a cozy robe. Down the hall is a recycling & trash disposal. Also available is a roof top common area w/gorgeous views, common area inside w/cozy fire place & bistro, fitness center & onsite laundry facilities
