Upon entering, the living room to your right immediately welcomes you with its comfortable setting, perfect for movie nights or engaging conversations.
Further along, the hallway leads to a large kitchen and dining area, a welcoming space with plenty of storage and direct access to the backyard through charming French doors. The kitchen is stocked with essentials for preparing delightful family meals. The dining room's crafted wooden table offers a hospitable atmosphere for enjoying meals and making unforgettable memories.
Step outside from the dining area into a large, partially fenced yard, a haven for outdoor relaxation. A patio area awaits, complete with a barbecue grill and tools, ideal for outdoor dining experiences.
Down the hallway from the dining and kitchen area, you will find two bedrooms on your left and two on your right, along with two bathrooms, conveniently situated.

We welcome 2 dogs (up to 50 lbs) in each home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. Guest Access:
Your sanctuary has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you with privacy and full access to the home. We'll provide the access code on the day of your arrival.

The driveway will allow for 2 cars. There is street parking.
Uber, Lyft, and Taxi are available, but driving is encouraged.
Other Things to Note:
While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside or around the home. Any evidence of smoking (odor, ash, etc.) will result in an automatic $500 damage charge. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. Smoking marijuana in or around the home will incur a $500 fee, and details about the reservation may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors. Violation of quiet hours and disturbance of neighbors will lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation without eligibility for any refunds.
3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard. If any evidence of pet hair on furniture, excessive hair in the home, stains, or waste is found, we reserve the right to retain the pet fee to cover costs associated with additional cleaning or pet damage.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
6. POOL / HOT TUB / TENNIS COURT: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of ameniJes such as (but not limited to) pool, hot tub, and/or tennis court. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management enJty related to the use of these ameniJes, including loss, damage, injury, or death. By signing this agreement, the Tenants give permission for the Property Manager to access the Pool and/or Hot Tub every other day in order to service the amenity. The Property Manager will knock on the front door prior to accessing the backyard.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.

We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. We'll provide the access code on the day of your arrival. We're only a phone call away if you need anything during your stay.
