Treasure Island Beach is a vibrant yet laid back beach community located on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The area boasts stunning beaches, outdoor activities, and a lively community with shops, restaurants, and entertainment. It is conveniently located near popular destinations like St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, and Tampa.

Located on the north end of Treasure Island, just a couple blocks from Johns Pass, our hotel provides easy access to this charming waterfront village. Johns Pass features a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions, such as fishing charters, dolphin watching tours, and sunset cruises. Visitors can stroll along the boardwalk and watch the boats pass by while enjoying the lively atmosphere of this popular destination.

Our location also provides nearly direct access to the public beach with a safety crosswalk, making it easy to spend your days enjoying the soft, white sand and sparkling turquoise waters of Treasure Island Beach. Overall, our location provides the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer.

There are several convenient ways to get around Treasure Island Beach, Florida:

1. Walking: The neighborhood is easily walkable, and many of the shops, restaurants, and attractions are within walking distance of each other. Walking along the beach is also a popular activity.

2. Biking: Biking is a popular and efficient way to get around the area, with many bike rental shops available in the neighborhood. The Pinellas Trail, a 47-mile long bike trail, runs through the area and offers a great way to explore the surrounding neighborhoods.

3. Public Transportation: The Suncoast Beach Trolley is a convenient and affordable way to get around the area. It runs from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach, stopping at Treasure Island Beach and other popular Gulf Coast destinations along the way.

4. Car: Renting a car is another option for getting around Treasure Island Beach and the surrounding areas. Parking is available at most hotels and attractions, and there are several rental car companies located nearby.

-If you have a pet you must declare the pet and pay the pet fee. You must use the designated pet areas for relief and pick up after your pet and hose off the turf area after use. No pets beyond the signs of restriction.

-No aggressive breeds. Max 35 lbs. Must be fully trained. No excessive barking as this may disturb other guests.

-Quiet hours at the hotel are from 10 pm until 8 am. Please refrain from excessive noise during these hours. This includes music, voices, or any possibly disturbing noises that could disrupt other guests.

-No visitors. Only registered guests are allowed on premises.

-No Smoking, vaping, use of illicit drugs, or excessive intoxication anywhere on premises.

-Beach Equipment must be rinsed off after use prior to entering the courtyard and rooms and should be stored inside the unit.

- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
