Centrally Located with Privacy

This is a fantastic place to stay for a short trip to South Fork. The house was super clean. Guests have access to two garages. The house was just the right size for a family of 5-6, and it has a beautiful Mountain View. The host provided ample trash bags and toiletries. There was even some coffee and sweeteners in the cabinet. A few things to keep in mind, the living room sectional is pretty small. It was the only real negative comment we had about the property. It was hard for us to all gather comfortably and hang out in the evenings. Also, while cups and silverware are provided, bring paper plates/bowls. There were no dishes provided, which really wasn’t an issue because that meant less dishes to do! Also, the pantry and refrigerator were completely cleaned out prior to our arrival which I appreciated. I only mention it because you will want to bring any spice or ingredients beyond salt, pepper, and oil. Some homes tend to have condiments and pantry items left from the previous guests. This is not one of them. The refrigerator was so clean, it looked like we were the first to use it! Overall, this was a very nice home in a good location!

Wonderful, clean, updated property!

Surprisingly clean, modernized, updated home. Kitchen was very clean and came with more than expected amenities (lots of trash bags, dishwasher detergent, basket coffee filters, olive oil, etc). laundry room had everything you needed (liquid detergent, even wool dryer balls!) and large capacity washer/dryer. Home was tastefully decorated and comfortable. all beds and linens were clean and comfortable. checkin was easy and communication with host was very quick and agreeable via email. We skiied at wolf creek for 3 days and it was an easy drive back and forth. Check out was extremely minimal work for us and very quick. Lots of deer to watch in the evenings. Wonderful stay, we will definitely be back! things to note: 1) master bath downstairs is tub only with low sprayer. there is an extra shower in the laundry room and a shower upstairs. 2) there are no cards/games/puzzles/books, etc, make sure to bring your own. 3) the room heaters can be very strong and drying, bring your own humidifier if that is important to you. 4) no spices except salt/pepper and sugar packets packets, so bring all those. 5) no working fireplace, just pretty to look at.

Perfect for family

Check in was super easy and we were even allowed early access. House was very clean and we loved having a garage. Hosts were very easily reached if needed but the house had everything we needed.

Great get away in South Fork

My family decided to take a last minute to South Fork and we had a great time staying at the Dakota Park house. The home has obviously been recently remodeled. Very modern feel to the interior of the home with all the amenities that you will need for your stay. Very open concept which made for pleasant evenings after our daily excursions. The b patio was great to just sit out and watch the world go by. Deer visited the property every evening and a resident bunny

Amazing and Beautiful

We absolutely loved this home!! The owners were so friendly even came to plow the driveway and shovel the entrance. It is a beautiful and warm home with lovely upgraded details. We actually felt like it was our home for the week. Other than groceries, there was nothing we needed jn their fully stocked kitchen. Perfect space for a family of 5. Even more so is the gorgeous view around us! It was convenient to get to ski lodge, the hot springs, food, and even found an area for sledding. Every single day, we came out and there were deer all around to greet us :) We are even looking into doing a summer booking, that’s how much we loved this home.
