If you're looking for a private get-a-way near Acadia, with close proximity to all the activities and the best views you'll ever experience, then Kissick Point is the home for you.

We allow 1 dog only - no larger than 40 pounds. Pet fee is $200.

Lovely 4-BR, 3-bath home is updated and decorated with new furnishings and appliances. Large, cedar deck and cable railing maximize your views. First floor bathroom renovation ready for 2024 season!

It's a short drive to Acadia Nat'l Park Hulls Cove Entrance (apprx. 20 minutes), and about 30 minutes to downtown Bar Harbor. Ellsworth is just 10 minutes away featuring a quaint downtown 'main street' with restaurants and shopping. Major grocery stores and Walmart are also nearby.

On the first floor, the Great Room features a decorative granite fireplace (no fires inside permitted), plenty of seating, 65" Smart HDTV, with views of the water.

A 2nd living room (we call it 'the view room',) with dining room and kitchen in a modern, open floor plan. The first floor also includes two Bedrooms, 1 w/ Queen and 1 w/ 2 Twin Beds. There is a hallway bath with tub and shower, and laundry, and 2nd bathroom off the kitchen with shower, which is being completely renovated and ready for the 2024 season!

Upstairs the large Master Bedroom with King bed, features a bay window to while away the afternoon and enjoy the sunset. Also, Smart TV and large closets. Master bath includes double-vanity and bath/shower. Also on the 2nd floor is the 4th Bedroom with 2 Queen beds, large closets, TV and Smart Blu-Ray player..

FEE INFO: Base rate is for 8 people, with a maximum of 10 ($175 extra fee per person/week). Please let us know if you have young children (under 3) putting the number of guests over 8. PET: 1 Dog - no larger than 40 lbs., $200 per week.

Outside, fencing provides safe play for kids and dogs alike. Solid stairs provide access to the shore, where you'll be able to spend hours beach-combing and strolling along the shore to the very Point of Kissick Point and take in the breathtaking view all the way up the bay to the ocean. There are plenty of large rocks for sitting on to enjoy and relax all that this part of Maine has to offer. You'll spot birds, eagles, seals, and other wildlife - so don't forget to bring your camera and binoculars!

Other outdoor amenities include outside dining seating and Gas BBQ grill.

The home includes modern amenities - Smart HDTVs for access to stream Charter Spectrum cable and local channels, access your Netflix, Amazon Prime or other streaming channels & WiFi.

The Kitchen has stainless appliances, dishes, silverware, cutlery, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, various utensils. New furnishings and linens throughout.

The house is the last on Kissick Point Way, provides privacy, and affords extended outdoor shore frontage for beachcombing, kayaking, and relaxing.ready for your 2024 vacation!
