Convenient access to the Villages, Turnpike, Orlando and more via Highway 470. Just south of the NEW Villages entertainment district, Sawgrass Grove. Nearest Championship Golf Course is Southern Oaks.
Includes use of a Golf Cart for people over the age of 18, with a valid driver's license.
