Spring Break Retreat

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It looked exactly like the pictures online. I especially loved having the washer/dryer. We stayed in 3/5 nights we were there and the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The check in/out process was super easy and Trace and his team were quick to respond if we needed anything. We hope to come back and stay next year.

Great location

Grew up in Durango; back for a visit and wanted a convenient location. This place was great to walk downtown. Had a little trouble with the hvac, but the owners were easy to communicate with as they tried to resolve things. Would stay again.

Nice balcony in a nice location

We had a wonderful time in Durango and this property served our needs well. It was very clean and modern. When the trains passed by in the mornings, lots of people were waving and smiling! We would love to come back again next year.

Downtown Durango Gem!

From the above and beyond communication and the accommodation of unique requests to the location (in the heart of downtown Durango - walk to everything!), to the well appointed unit -this was an incredible experience all the way around. The condo has everything you'll need if you cook at home or it's a quick walk to any of Durango's best restaurants and right upstairs from one of our personal faves, Primi. (We may or may not have enjoyed a delicious glass of wine or espresso martini at said restaurant). With a quick elevator ride to the 2nd floor unit - why not? We arrived early and the host did everything possible to allow us an early check in. The communication was fantastic and the condo exactly like it looks in the pictures. If you want to stay in downtown Durango with just a quick 25 min drive to Purgatory to enjoy the summer or winter fun there - this is the perfect spot.

Perfect location & well-appointed unit

This was a perfect location for our family of 4 (including 16 & 18yr olds) to explore Durango and access the area’s adventure activities. Very-well appointed kitchen enabling us to eat a few meals in, nice balcony to watch the train go by, comfortable couch to all relax in, lovely bathrooms, laundry, and garage parking. Italian restaurant Primi on 1st floor was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location

If you need a good home base while visiting Durango, this is the place to do it. We are 4 adults and rode motorcycles from Seattle to visit and do the rides in the area. There is secure parking and an elevator to the condo floor. Very nice balcony that overlooked the train tracks, Nice and quite building. with a restaurant/bar downstairs. We did hear the passenger train go by twice a day, but no big deal it was quite cool to watch. I think we would all agree that the highlight of the condo is their master bedroom shower. The steam function and the rain poring down was exceptional. Especially after a long somewhat bumpy ride to four corners.

Nice place, but it has a commercial feel

Very nice condo with lots of extras, but it’s located in a multi-use building (has offices on the same floor as condo). Not a big deal, but unique. Very clean & well maintained. Tons of room & nice living room area. The appliances are upper end. The only knock on it was the lock on the patio door from the bedroom didn’t work. By the looks of it, it hadn’t worked in a while. To be fair, they offered to come out right away to fix it. Overall, good stay.

Great condo in Durango

We had a great time in Durango staying at this condo. This is a newer building, at one end of the downtown area. Restaurants and shops are literally a block away, including an Italian restaurant in the first floor of the building. Great location. Can see the trains coming /going from the balcony. Condo was clean and well equipped, and owner/manager was great with communication. There is a parking garage on the ground floor with very high height limitations and space for one vehicle. Our full size SUV with cargo carrier on top actually fit into the garage without issues. There’s also an additional reserved parking spot for an extra vehicle a block or so away if needed. This condo was a highlight of our trip and we’d stay there again.
