Wonderful 3 Bedroom House w/ Pool Close to the beaches, Zoo, much more!!!

You will love having this home as your base for your San Diego vacation! Fully furnished home in a residential area that is just 10 minutes from La Jolla Shores beach, and 15 minutes from the San Diego Zoo and Sea World. The large, open living room 42' Smart HDTV with Roku and Netflix. French doors open out to spacious sunroom and pool area. Single-level home with hard wood floors in most rooms. Wireless internet access throughout. Three bedrooms include a Master suite with king bed and flat screen HDTV. Second bedroom has a bunk bed with twin over full size bed including roll-out trundle below and the third has a queen bed. The two bathrooms are: Master Bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate stand-up shower. Bathroom #2 has a large stand-up shower also.

Best San Diego House to rent
Excellent house to stay while in San Diego California, close to freeways, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, all beaches, close to all major shopping centres plus the local shops and loads of places to dine at. What a great getaway!
We were in town for SDCC and this location was absolutely perfect for our group! Far enough away from the traffic and noise, but close enough for all the fun San Diego offers! Close to groceries, coffee, and food, too! The layout of the house is so efficient for our group. The master has a tub so we were able to easily bathe our son, which we can't usuall do when staying at hotels. The pool was great and cool! They stocked everything you might need in a house, plus more!

Nice time in San Diego.
Very nice home which was close to everything that we wanted to do - zoo, Sesame Place, La Jolla, Birch Aquarium, Legoland, parks, restaurants, grocery stores. The very nice pool and accessories were wonderful! We enjoyed lots of time there. We appreciate the fact that recycling is alive and well there! This property is exactly as advertised. We had an incredible week of weather and were able to use the pool. There were a few minor cleaning issues(bbq was dirty as well as kitchen table) but other than that, we were happy with our stay!

Great stay
We had a great stay! It was about 20/25 minutes away from everything fun that we did but was very close to a grocery story and other amenities! Had plenty of room for my three young kids and my mom and I to spread out and have a great place to sleep! We didn’t get to really use the pool as the water was freezing but we had asked about that ahead of time and found lots of other things to do!

Great Place to stay for family
We had a wonderful stay in this spacious home. Everything was easy to get to via this location, we had plenty of space to spread out as a family, and the kids enjoyed the pool even though it was cold. There were plenty of kitchen implements and a nice array of spices. We enjoyed ourselves.

Big, comfy home with all the ammenities you need. Located in a nice neighbourhood with easy 10-15 min drive from downtown, La Jolla and Mission Beach area. Very speedy response when we locked ourselves out and would stay again if return to San Diego - which we hope to do!

First family trip to San Diego
The house was great, and exactly what we needed after being gone all day with our three small children. The kids loved the sunroom and called it their “playroom”. The pool was cold even when it was in the 80’s and sunny. But, our two boys didn’t mind it and went swimming everyday.

Annual family trip
This was our annual family trip. There were 6 adults. The house was just as advertised. Close to the airport, beaches, zoo and stores. The pool was wonderful. There was numerous items available for our use from washing detergent to coffee to spices to toilet paper. Whatever you could think of they pretty much had. Fans, pool tout, coolers. It was wonderful. Great place to stay.

Excellent Stay!
The house was as advertised. Everything was clean and all supplies were provided. Kitchen was fully stocked. the bedrooms were comfortable, the living areas were spacious for everyone to hang out together, we even used the swimming pool twice and it was awesome! Lots of space for our party of 7. Location is great. very easy to get to anywhere. 20 min to airport/city, 15 min to La Jolla, Pacific Beach etc. Hosts were really very attentive. communication was flawless. All in all a wonderful stay! Would recommend 100%

Wonderful vacation home
We loved staying at this property. I stayed with my husband and sister. There was plenty of room, nice size living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The pool was such a nice treat after walking around San Diego all day. I read comments about the pool water being too cold but that was not the case for us, it was a perfect temperature. I would recommend putting in a rail to enter the pool for the older folks. My husband and sister had some difficulty getting in and out of the pool without a rail. Overall a wonderful place.

15 minutes from everything
We had a great time staying here. Everytime we put something in our GPS it was only 15 minutes away or closer. The house is very well stocked with all sorts of cooking, entertainment,towels,beach equipment. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint we had was the listing stated it has a heated pool, but this only true when the weather is not cloudy (the time when you would want a heated pool). Which it was the entire week we were there. It would be nice if the posting was a little more clear on this. Otherwise we really enjoyed our time and would definitely be willing to stay here again. Just when it is sunny ☀️
