When you book please message us through the VRBO website with the following:

1) To ensure everyone is fully covered, please provide the full legal name and age for each person who will be spending the night as part of your registered guests. Any changes are REQUIRED to be approved by host before your stay.

2) We want to make your stay the very best it can be! If you like, please let us know what brings you to town and we will be more than happy to make some suggestions for restaurants, shopping, entertainment, parks and anything else that might be of interest to you.

• More than 4 people overnight will result in fines up to $200 per person.

• There is a maximum guest limit of 10 people during daytime hours (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.). Non-registered guests must leave by 10 p.m.

• No smoking inside or outside the unit. Renters will be charged $250 for violation.

• If you break the no pets policy there will be a $150 dollar fee in addition to a special pet cleaning fee of $150 for a total of $300 additional charges.

• Quiet time is from 10 p.m.-7 a.m.

• There is $25 fine if you log out of Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, ESPN, and/or Hulu.

• No mail is to be received at the units. Please use the local post office to secure your package/parcel.

• If you leave anything behind that has to be mailed, there will be a fee to cover the shipping and inconvenience.

• If you incur incidental fees or cause damage to the rental property, your credit card may be charged.
