Cozy northwoods cabin located right of highway 13. Tucked into giant cedar and pine trees with pathways right to the Bark Bay Slough. Enjoy the classic loft style cabin with wood fireplace, eat in kitchen, giant screen porch and the outdoor cooking and fire pit area. The cabin sits right between the towns of Cornucopia and Herbster. Both very beach friendly tourist towns with loads to explore on the South Shore.

This was a cute cabin along the south shore of Lake Superior, a quick bike ride to a couple of smaller towns and about 25 minutes to Bayfield. There is a short walk to a beach cove which is secluded and beautiful. Less than a 10 minute drive to Hidden falls hike which was gorgeous! The host was very responsive and flexible, and the place was clean and organized. Would definitely spend time here again!
Needed a place to stay for a weekend of fishing, this cabin fit the bill with the marina that I wanted to fish out of. The cabin has a nice layout, and was sufficient for what I needed. The cleaning person claimed I had a dog in the cabin, and left dirty dog dishes with hair "all over the place" and I received an added cleaning fee with out first checking with me.
There was no dog, and the checkout list was followed to a T. I will not stay with this "Host" again
Very quaint, no lake access, cleaning required, clean, enjoyable!
Very nice cabin in the woods. Feels secluded until you hear the cars zipping by since its only about 125 ft from the highway. The lake access is actually a path that runs down to where the lake might have been at one time- it was a was a wooden dock leading into the cattails. After the kids showed me the pick, i opted to not even go down. Host had everything prepared w a nice little bag of coffee beans to throw in the grinder. Thank you! There is an instruction manual covering -no shoes inside, put everything back like it was, and strip the bed linens off and place in the hampers. Also a sign stating everything is being recorded on the premises. Many conveniences of home were thought of and provided.
Still an enjoyable 2 days.
