-We are currently booked through February 1st, but open and booking reservations for post February 1st and SPRING!
-Elevator should be up and running soon, stairs only for now. This condo is on the 4th floor.
-Pool is under repair and should be up and running soon.
-Beaches are open but it is advised to wear shoes due to hidden hazardous debris. Additionally, the water may still be unsanitary.
-Many surrounding restaurants including John’s Pass were severely impacted, but many have been working hard and are opening back up every day!
-Vacationers are welcome, but we want to be transparent about the impact on the island as we are on our way to 100% normal again!
Welcome to your best vacation ever in this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom END-UNIT condo at Crystal Palms Beach Resort conveniently located and nestled in the heart of Treasure Island, Florida with a beautiful balcony view of the Gulf. This condo has one of the LARGER BALCONIES in the complex. The ultimate vacation destination where you’ll enjoy ocean views, white sandy beach, breathtaking sunsets, and turquoise waters. The Crystal Palms complex has an outdoor heated pool and spa, with handicap friendly equipment to get into the water. Beach access is across the street directly in front of the complex – we count under 100 steps to sand!
Visit the nearby famous John’s Pass Village (about a mile away) where there’s something for everyone; fish, rent a jet ski, take a dolphin cruise, shop, grab a drink, enjoy ice cream, or eat at one of the many amazing restaurants and enjoy music.
Take the Suncoast Beach Trolley up and down the Gulf to explore area beaches, restaurants and local attractions the easy way - without worrying about directions or parking. The Trolley stops in front of the complex and all up and down Gulf Blvd, from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach / Pass-A-Grille.

We do our best to keep a wagon and 2 beach chairs available for your use. There is also a community bin of beach equipment guests are free to use. Beach equipment rentals are also available on the beach.

SUPPLIES:
Provided - initial starter supplies (2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, dish towel, dish rag, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, travel size shampoo/lotion/soap bar, and 2 garbage bags). Also provided are all linens, towels, and beach towels. We do our best to stock some ground coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper in the kitchen cabinet.
Not provided - laundry detergent, facial tissues, or bottled water.
This is not a full-service hotel with daily housekeeping. We clean after your stay. Guests are responsible for providing their own toiletries and additional supplies.

(termination of reservation and no refund)
- NO PETS ALLOWED IN CONDO OR ON COMPLEX PROPERTY
(immediate termination of reservation will occur, along with a $300 charge will be applied)
- NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN CONDO OR ON BALCONY
(immediate termination of reservation will occur, along with a $300 charge will be applied)
- Guest will be charged for late check-out past 10am
- Guest will be charged for leaving behind excessive trash, food, drinks, or sand upon check-out
- Guest will be charged for damaged or missing towels/linens
- Guest will be charged for missing beach equipment
*For 28 days or longer bookings, there will be an additional $50 cleaning fee added to payment request prior to check-in. There will also be an additional $35 fee for towels and sheets exchange every 2 weeks.
