Noelani is located in a highly desirable area, between Kapalua and Kaanapali with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, restaurants, and shops. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with two pools, a jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!

Noelani 112 features split A/C, is a spacious Studio condo that can accommodate up to 2 guests and offers all the luxuries and comforts of home. Dine al fresco on your private lanai or take your meal inside where the tropical finishes will keep you feeling at ease. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make all your meals in-house. You'll stay cool with the magical Maui breeze and ceiling fans throughout. The studio offers a comfortable King size bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

This tropical, ground-floor unit features panoramic ocean views, gorgeous interiors, and access to fantastic amenities. Endless ocean views from the private lanai will give new meaning to your Maui experience. Sandwiched between a private estate and a small sandy beach (known as "S" turns) Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this premium condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for whale watching!

Noelani is located in a highly desirable area, between Kapalua and Kaanapali with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, restaurants, and shops. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with two pools, a jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!

Since Noelani is a small resort, there is only 1 parking stall per condo allowed. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this unit has no elevator access. We will provide a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are also provided.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

AMAZING!

The view was amazing! I loved sitting on the patio reading, drinking coffee, and just listening to the sounds of the waves crashing against the rocks below. Even though we had a first floor room, the patio was set up a bit off the ground and there was greenery and space between our room and the space where people walked to protect our privacy. Finding a parking spot was never a problem no matter what time we returned to the resort. The pool area was kept immaculately clean. Each morning, there was a hard-working man out straightening chairs, cleaning the grill, checking the pool and hot tub, etc. The pool, hot tub, and beach chairs were never overly crowded. Being able to see so many turtles at the turtle cove was a special experience. Whales were spotted while I was out by the pool my last morning there. I can't say enough about how beautiful the view is from the resort!
