It is one side of a duplex in a beautiful historic neighborhood walking distance from Cooper Young, Liberty Bowl, and the Memphis Sports and Event Center. It provides all the privacy and convenience one could ask for in a short term stay! From convenient off-street parking in the front of the building, to a private entrance into a living room that spans across the space to the kitchen, living room and bedroom. In the kitchen to the right you have the laundry room where you can wash your clothes after a long trip and to the left a dining room for some relaxing breakfast and coffee.

The unit is cooled by central air conditioning and stays pretty cool. During the winter months, there is central heating that will heat the space sufficiently.
