Will not ever go back
I have stayed in this location in the past but directly through Laketown Warf not though an owner. This owner is not reinvesting in this property. I just left my condo at Disney in Orlando prior to arriving to this property wanting to take my family to the beach for a couple of days. When we arrived the condo was alright but nothing to write home about. It needs to be upgraded. There is a crack in the tile of the kitchen and most dishes were very worn and old. Toilet seat was very loose, bunk beds are very unstable and I wouldn’t let me dogs sleep in it. Our bed looked like someone placed a huge pit in the center of the bed, it was Aiken in the middle so bad. The TV’s were the size of laptop monitors. Lights didn’t work in bunkbed area. Main entrance door lock screws and lock were very loose making me and my family feel very insecure. Balcony had a light curtain so any guests wanting to sleep in the living room had the sun in their face. I could go on but my fingers are tired of typing. This could be a nice place if someone owned it with care and the ambition to make money on it
