Apartamento com tudo o que é necessário para uma ótima experiência. O Wagner foi muito prestativo durante a hospedagem, não deixando faltar informações. Certamente iremos nos hospedar novamente!

Eu e minha família gostamos muito do imóvel, atendimento do proprietário bem preciso qto localização, descrição do imóvel de acordo com o que nos foi oferecido. E uma bela churrasqueira na sacada onde fizemos um bom churrasco ..... Recomendo tranquilamente para outros amigos e sem contar que pretendo voltar novamente. Mercados, padaria, farmácia, restaurante e o principal a praia rsrsr tudo perto. Muito obrigado

Minha família adorou o imóvel, as instalações em perfeito estado de conservação, além de super completo com tudo o que precisamos para ficarmos tranquilos. Minha maior preocupação era em relação ao conforto da minha filha que tem apenas 1 ano e para minha maior felicidade ela adorou. Além de todos os equipamentos, o local estava tudo limpo, pronto para nossa instalação. O Dono é super receptivo e prestativo. Recomendo muitooo

Já é o segundo ano que eu e minha família ficamos hospedados no apartamento do Wagner, o apartamento é muito bom , com tudo funcionando perfeitamente e muito bem localizado. Apartamento excelente, boa localização, está bem montado e oferece o conforto que o hospede precisa para se sentir bem e relaxar sem nenhuma preocupação. Os ventiladores de teto embora eficientes, não evitam o calor excessivo, seria interessante se pudessem instalar ar acondicionado. O Wagner é uma boa pessoa e está sempre preocupado se estamos bem. Recomendamos o apartamento para familiares e pretendemos voltar.

Exatamente igual as fotos
Estive no apartamento do Wagner do dia 06 a 08/10/2017, e foram dias maravilhosos, o apartamento é exatamente igual as fotos, porém pessoalmente é muito maior do que aparenta nas fotos, tem tudo que precisa para se sentir em casa, não senti falta de nada, ótima localização, perto de supermercado, sorveteria, praia, não precisa de carro para nada. Desde o primeiro contato o Wagner me esclareceu todas as dúvidas, foi muito atencioso, encontramos o apartamento limpo, roupas de cama e toalhas de banho disponível, o que é um diferencial. Enfim só tenho elogios para o imóvel, para o Wagner e para os funcionários do prédio, minha família amou e com certeza pretendemos voltar.

O imóvel é exatamente conforme descrito, muito bem localizado (próximo à Feira de Artesanato e à praia), confortável e, quando entramos, estava muito limpo. Possui utensílios que a maioria dos outros imóveis não possui, tais como galão de água, secador de cabelo, ventiladores portáteis, umidificador, ferro de passar roupa, máquina de lavar, além da TV a cabo e Wifi. Todos os equipamentos eletrônicos são novos. O Wagner foi muito solícito conosco, constantemente preocupado em saber se estava tudo certo e disposto a ajudar com o que fosse preciso. Recomendamos este imóvel!

Excelente, Incrivel, espetacular.
Essa foi a primeira vez que aluguel por esse site e tenho que confessar que fiquei bem nervosa pois tinha medo de chegar no dia da minha estadia e não ter nenhum apartamento, mas pra minha ALEGRIA e da minha família o apartamento é fabuloso é um espetáculo. Amamos tudo, o apartamento é super limpo, organizado e tem tudo o que tem em nossa casa ou seja você não precisa se preocupar com nada, pois tem tudo, eu indico de olhos fechados o apartamento.
