About the host
Hosted by Parker Pflaum

I'm from north-central Florida and have lived all over the world, including many domestic locations in the U.S. and more than 15 countries abroad. I work at the University and enjoy farming/gardening, building things, skiing, hiking and backpacking, traveling, exploring and meeting new people!
Why they chose this property
This is a very centrally located neighborhood, so it has easy walking, public transportation, and driving access to the hot spots in Salt Lake City and the larger valley. Easy access to highways. It's a mixed neighborhood with cute homes, apartments and condos, and lots of local businesses like cafes, restaurants, bars, etc.
What makes this property unique
The house was built in 1920s but has been updated multiple times. It's got a farmhouse vibe with the first floor having a more modern refurbishment.
