Brand new 2500 sq ft townhome. 4 bedrooms+ a spacious loft. Spread out over 3 floors with a perfect setup for entertaining and summertime living. Huge great room boasts a beautiful brand new kitchen and 9 ft ceilings. Private garage and driveway. Take a stroll to the bay to watch the sunset. 5 minute drive to the beach. 100+ restaurants and entertainment w/in 1 mile.
*Linens are not provided. (please bring your own sheets and towels). This is a wildwood rule due to covid. Pillows and bed quilts are provided.
