The Restored Haven - come inside & rest your soul!
This newly renovated home has plenty of room for families enjoying some time away together. It's just minutes from the Suwannee River, several state parks and natural springs. Live Oak is a family-friendly community with playgrounds, walking paths and even a disc golf course. Our home has a full kitchen for those who love to cook, but there are also some excellent restaurants nearby when you feel like eating out. We have books and games for spending time inside but plenty of recommendations for nearby fun. We hope you'll visit us soon!

We were only there for one night, Debbie was super friendly and communicative. She was there if we needed anything at all! The house was amazingly clean. All the cabinets and shelves were clearly labeled for easy of finding.
Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a cozy spot.
Thank you again Debbie for the hospitality and great visit
My family and I was impress with the house. We will definitely reach out to the owner again for our family reunion next year. The house was cool when we walk in from the Florida heat. We are a board game playing family the owner made sure there was plenty for us.
Debbie has made this accommodation a home from home. Furnished with thought and everything you are likely to need. Living next door, Debbie was on hand with any queries . Perfect for a family as there are three bedrooms, lots of games, ample space and a garden with a barbecue. Five minute drive from the centre of Live Oak in a quiet community.
This roomy 3 bedroom space would be great for a family although we were just a retired couple. Debbie (who lives next door and is highly attentive if needed) goes out of her way to provide loads of amenities like fluffy towels, games, a little library, tourist brochures, Keurig coffee machine and cups, ability to cook for and serve a crowd. It's a convenient location for visiting nearby state park springs and canoeing the Suwannee River, the activities we chose this place for.

About the host
Hosted by Debbie
It has been a dream for some time to own our own vacation rental. We love to travel ourselves and have always enjoyed staying at different vacation rentals, so much more than hotels. We love the hosts we have met, the feeling of home we get & the comfort of staying in cozy settings.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood, at one time, was mostly owned by relatives. Over the years, pieces of it were sold but it has kept it's small-town, everyone-knows-your-name kind of street. When this place came up for sale, we just knew we needed to restore it to something beautiful and cozy.
What makes this property unique
We have spent the last year completely renovating this place and we are so thankful we did it. Though it was daunting at times, it has been an amazing transformation. We hope that guests find it a relaxing retreat from the everyday things that seem to pull them in different directions. We hope they find it to be a place for their soul to be refreshed, that they're able to relax and leave here better able to take on whatever they left back at home.
