About this property
1916 Grace in a centrally located place
Enjoy 1916 grace in a centrally-located place. Monthly discounts. We just finished our newly tiled, plastered walls and all creature comforts of home: mini-splits, laundry, and private yard. A queen Murphy bed in the casita allows for a second bedroom or dedicated working space. The historic Saw Mill neighborhood is a walkable, fun neighborhood between Old Town and Downtown Albuquerque, allowing the newly renovated home to be a shotgun house with a separate casita bedroom. We have restored the 1940 charm with new, updated amenities. Our house has a front sun porch and a living room with a dining area for open living. The kitchen is cozy and has a wood stove with a breakfast nook. The newly tiled bathroom features a cast iron blue tub and vintage hardware. Enjoy a bonus room with a fold-out twin bed and a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom has a Murphy bed and a dedicated workspace.
The main bedroom has a bathroom attached. We renovated this home with energy efficiency in mind. Mini-splits keep it extremely warm and cool during the seasons. Enjoy a private yard that is fully fenced. It's a fun, walkable neighborhood. Enjoy a quick walk to Coffee shops, restaurants, museums, and Albuquerque's Historic Old Town. Downtown is just several blocks away. Far away for quiet, close enough to walk or bike. It's a quick drive or bike to the hospitals for medical traveling professionals we are proud of and love hosting. Car-free fun, farmers markets, coffee shops, and restaurants all a walk away.
