Great 1 bedroom house 1 block from the beach!

Welcome to Mike's Place. You are going to love it here!

By far, Mike's Place is one of the cutest little houses on the south end of St Simons with the most amenities! Approaching the house, the first thing you will notice is the outdoor Tiki bar with lighting for those after dark cocktails with friends. Weather not cooperating? Gather your guests inside the enclosed front porch with lots of comfy chairs. In Spring and fall - open the windows to let the fresh air in!

Going on into the house you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen that employs the open concept. The living room has a large wall mounted TV and the sofa pulls out to a queen bed. The dining room seats 4 and the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The kitchen has a keurig, blender, toaster and tons more gadgets. There is a half bath for guests just off the living room.

The bedroom features a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. From the bedroom you can easily access the back patio - a quiet fenced in area complete with a propane fire table and a private saltwater hot tub.

Down the left side of the house is a hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. On the right side of the house is an umbrella table with seating for 4. In addition, there are 2 beach wagons to make beach trips so much easier! One of the wagons will then convert to a beach chair. There is a deck box with boogie boards, chairs and other beach toys to bring out the kid in you!

Other amenities include a Sonos speaker that you can Bluetooth connect to for playing your music, a Google smart speaker in the bedroom, and a charging station for all your devices on the enclosed front porch.

The owners have tried to think of everything to make your stay a special experience.
