The kitchen is fully furnished with quality appliances and accessories ready to make your own meals. In addition, there is a bathroom/drying room adjacent to the kitchen with a large boot (8 pair) dryer. Around the corner from the dining area there is a living room equipped with a flat screen TV and comfortable sectional couch perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, hiking or mountain biking.
The wood fireplace does not work. Sorry.

All the bedrooms are upstairs and can sleep up to 9. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds with a trundle. In addition, there is a double loft which has two more twin beds and is a great safe space for kids to play.
Summer- The unit comes with 2 portable fans to help keep the bedrooms cool (there is no a/c). Keep in mind that it’s usually 10-12 degrees cooler on the mountain than in town.
Other Amenities

As a guest you have full access to the Rec Center. It is a quick walk across the parking lot with key fob accessibility. The center includes men’s and women’s showers/bathrooms, a sauna, heated indoor pool, indoor hot tub and table games (foosball and ping pong).
REC CENTER HOURS: 7am-10pm. Please shower before entering the pool or hot tub. No children under 5 are allowed in the hot tub. $30 replacement keycard fee if lost or damaged. Please swim and recreate at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No lifeguard on duty.
On the weekends and during the holidays in the winter there is a free shuttle to and from the downhill area, which is approximately a 5-minute drive. The Nordic area is a 10-minute drive from the condos. Other winter opportunities from the property include backcountry skiing, sledding and snow shoeing.
Coin operated washer and dryer on the first floor of the building.
The brown garbage shed is located on the edge of the parking lot.
Location Information
The Snowblaze Condominium is approximately 45 minutes from downtown Spokane and is located within the Mount Spokane State Park. Be aware there is lots of wildlife in the area so be prepared while out hiking or biking on the local trails.
Both lodge 1 and 2 at the downhill area have grab and go food options during the ski season. Other than that, there are no other restaurants in the State Park. There are several grocery stores and restaurants on the North end of Spokane, approximately 30–40-minute drive.
Other Important Items
The condos do not have an elevator as they were built pre-ADA requirements. We are on the third level so be prepared to walk and carry items up a couple flights of stairs. The Rec Center is ground level but has no disability lift for the pool. Both bathrooms have ADA shower stalls.
Please use caution and supervise children in the Rec Center. Snowblaze and I are not responsible for injury, accident or death in or around Snowblaze Rec Center or on grounds.
Discover Pass is required to park on state park land outside of condo property. A self-serve pass machine is available at the state park ranger station on the way up the mountain road.

About the host
Hosted by Ryan M Witham

I grew up in Coeur d' Alene, ID through high school then moved to Spokane to attend Gonzaga University for College. Go Zags! I work for a real estate company in Spokane. My wife, Rachael, and I have 3 young children and a Labrador Retriever named Leo. When not working my family loves to be in the outdoors skiing, hiking or biking. I like being a host because I get to interact and share our special place with others who have similar interests in experiencing the great outdoors.
Why they chose this property
The winters are the busiest time of the year with skiing. The other three seasons are pretty quiet up on the mountain. It is a very small community and most everyone is there for relaxation and outdoor recreation. There are several amazing trails for biking, hiking and huckleberry picking. The fall is a really good time to be up on the mountain because of all the colors.
What makes this property unique
This condo was nicely renovated and designed to utilize the space efficiently.
