Apart from running a very successful Real Estate Business and Travel Management Consulting Company for many years, I ventured to create these very finely tuned luxury vacation rentals. We try to help owners design them from the top to bottom with the thought of what we personally look for in a vacation rental and see as the most important things. We ensure all of our guests are 100% satisfied. A vacation is only as good as you enjoying yourself and feeling good during the entire time.
Why they chose this property
This is one of our favorite properties because we saw the perfect layout in the design of the rooms within the house giving everyone staying their personal space and yet family living room to gather at the same time. With a maximum capacity of 12 people you still have plenty of room for everyone. This is a unique property with so much attention to detail and interior design ranging from the furniture to the paint and amenities. This definitely makes you feel like you are on an instant vacation from the minute you open the door and walk straight out to the pool.
What makes this property unique
This is a beautiful brand new construction home with plenty of space to host 12 people comfortably along with a large outdoor area to relax and BBQ. TVs in every room, Free Bikes and Beach amenities being only 1 mile from Vanderbilt Beach!
