Entrance hallway. Kitchen living area. Bedroom one: king size bed and ensuite (shower, wc and sink). Room also has dressing table/desk. Separate toilet. Linen cupboard (locked)
Upstairs: Landing with hotpress (utilities/plant cupboard). Bedroom two: one double bed and two single beds. Bedroom three: three single beds. Bathroom with bath, shower and wash hand basin. Separate toilet.

Guest access
Access to entire home, and enclosed garden, and front garden.

Other things to note
Full kitchen including a nespresso vertuo pop.
Beach towels, coolbag and picnic blanket is available for guests to use.
Hair dryers available to use in all bedrooms.
Please: no walking or hiking boots around the home. A basket under the stairs is provided to store these, thank you for understanding.
A lost key or lost remote control will incur a charge of €20.

Walking distance to town, all footpaths (sidewalk), 10/15 mins.
Cycle / bike hire available in the area.
Taxis are easily obtainable in or out of town, taxi rank in town centre.
Train station is a 5 min taxi/drive away.
A national bus route stop is 7/8 min walk.
Parking at property available for two cars (and free), and in town also but it can get quite busy in the town.
