WELCOME TO PARADISE!!! we sanitize!!!!! We have implemented a system so you are able to check in and out without and person to person contact. We care about safty.
This beautiful new Carriage House is located in Prestigious Fresh Pond Estates. It sits tucked away in the woods off the main roads, Plenty of privacy in a quiet neighborhood. Yet has easy access to beaches, bike paths and town, Fresh water pond in your back yard. (2 two person kayaks available plus 2 single kayaks for your use, with life jackets). (THEY EACH SEAT 2 PEOPLE) Fresh water swimming offers calm waters which makes it great for the kids.

We sanitize the entire place in-between each tenant. We wash all comforters each time someone new comes in, we bleach all surfaces and alcohol all door handles, toilet, air out the place for 24 hrs...

Just 2 miles from the HEART of Oak Bluffs & Circuit Avenue activities.
Oak Bluffs center offers, restaurants, movies, the nation's first carousel, shopping, and more beaches.
Just 500 feet from bike path, This property is centrally located a 5 minute drive to Edgartown or Vineyard Haven.

Simple + Perfect = Simply Perfect Stay

This house was ideal for our needs and family. The location is close to both OB and Edgartown, which we found very convenient. A 7 min ride to our favorite beach, State Beach. The host went above and beyond with responsiveness and attentiveness (when we needed her). The property is very clean, cozy, and even has a closet full of toys! This was a lovely and very helpful surprise. We’ll be back!

Great Time

We had a lovely time at the home. The hosts were lovely and gracious. The property is very clean and comfortable. There were very nice touches like a welcome bottle of wine and snacks. The private patio and access to the pond was also quite nice.

Birthday on the Vineyard

Brenda is the ultimate host. She went out of her way to decorate in celebration of my birthday, left excellent instructions on how to access the bikes and Kayaks, and invited us to her private pool and fireworks party. The carriage house is spacious, clean and conveniently located to everything!

Clean, responsive owners. Outdoor shower wasnt working on arrival but they had a plumber come out to fix it the next day. Would definitely stay again

FABULOUS PROPERTY

We had a wonderful time here. The apartment is ideal and equipped with everything you could need. Having access to the pond to swim and kayaks is incredible. We loved our stay and are grateful to Brenda and Derek, who were so helpful and patient.

Lovely stay

We found the property to be impeccably clean and very comfortable. Tucked away in a newer development a few miles ouside Oak Bluffs center, it was quiet and peaceful. We rode the provided bikes to Edgartown beach, snagged some groceries and wine on the way back and had a lovely evening. Brenda was available and responsive throughout.

Good location- beautiful grounds

Nice 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Apartment is attached to main home but private and not interrupted by landlords at all. Neat clean and comfortable. Brenda and Derek were great hosts. Bonus are 2 kayaks and a beautiful pond with fish! Enjoy!

Comfortable stay near Oak Bluffs

Check in was easy, the place was comfortable and just as described. The kayaks were fun and we used the bicycles to get around via the bike paths. OB was an easy 3 mile ride while Edgartown was about 5 miles. Enjoyed the property and our stay on M. V. very much. Hope to return in the near future.

Great experience at this property! The grounds are beautiful, the owners were wonderful and the location was central to Edgartown, Vineyard Haven and Oaks Bluff which was great! The bikes were in great shape we used them on the bike path right across the street from them! Highly recommend this rental!

Amazing stay on Martha's Vineyard

The property was beautiful and we loved the lake and kayaks and all the flowers and sitting areas. If you love quiet, peaceful, award winning gardens, this is the rental for you! The house was spotless and there were tons of movies and games and anything you needed. We had ages 13-81 there and everyone loved it. You are 3.5 miles from town at this property, so having a car would really help. (we didn't but used buses, taxis and users.) We did use two of the bikes and biked 9.4 miles round trip to the beach. The owners are so helpful and welcoming (we love the sign on the door with our name) and we'd return here again. Thank you!!!

Beautiful

What a beautiful property! We enjoyed staying here. Great location, loved the yard and patio! Beautiful well cared for garden. Very nice , very clean, quiet and private feeling. The kids enjoyed kayaking in the pond. So many wonderful amenities! It was nice to be able to grill and enjoy eating out on the patio. Brenda is very thoughtful and accommodating. She puts a lot of effort to make sure her guests enjoy their stay and have what they need. Wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this place for families with children.

Good place to stay

Our stay was great. Brenda is very responsive and so sweet! The only things to bear in mind for future renters is that this is not a stand alone house. It is located on top of a garage that is attached to the house with other unit rentals. The other thing Is that the view is not of the pond. The view is to a gravel parking Lot although you do have access to the pond.

Amazing first visit to Martha’s Vineyard

A great first visit for our family( 2 kids 10/7) . Extremely clean and a great location. Fresh water pond was awesome for kids to kayak and swim. We were loud too (played music instruments) and there was no issue! Location great for bike trips and also easy access to drive down to oak bluffs and all the beaches. Brenda was so responsive too and helpful as we asked for some help on checkout. She also made fresh baked goodies for us (which we gobbled up quick). Would recommend to anyone esp families!

Vaca 2020

Teenage kids enjoyed the pond and the entire stay. Everything was clean and the property is beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would have at home to cook plus the grill was easy to use. My 13 year old loved the bike path was right here. My 16 year old loved the short drive to Oaks Bluff or Vineyard Haven. Will definitely return.

Great Family Getaway

The carriage house was a great match for our family of four. It was the perfect amount of space, and the amenities were plentiful. We loved the location, because it was in a small, quiet neighborhood, but you were only a short drive from anywhere you wanted to be. The inside of the unit was very clean, comfortable, bright/sunny, and updated, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and we also made use of the grill on the patio. The patio was beautiful, comfortable, and private. The grounds were amazing and we spent quite a bit of time at the pond, swimming and kayaking. We used two of the bikes provided (there were four bikes, but we brought two of our own), and were able to easily access the bike path, which is right at the end of the road. The owners were very nice, responded quickly to inquiries, and were easy to work with. The only unfortunate part was that we weren't able to stay longer!!

Amazing stay in a great location!

Brenda’s home was beautiful! We came for a long weekend and ended up spending quite a bit of time hanging out in the house, out on the patio, or on the pond! The location was perfect - easy to get to downtown oak bluffs and also Edgartown. Brenda and Derek were beyond accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait!
