Just steps away from the beach, this cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is perfect for small groups, small families, or a couples retreat! The heart of this cottage greets you with a spacious and airy kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your basic essentials. Head out to the cozy screened-in porch or soak up the sunshine by the private pool. There is also an outdoor shower for washing off salty skin and sandy toes before heading inside after a day at the beach. Beach access is just steps away!

This enchanting beach retreat is perfect for a relaxing BASK Away vacation and is close to the pier, restaurants, shops and the beach.

PROXIMITY TO BEACH
There is beach access at the end of the street, only about 500 ft. from the home.

PRIVATE POOL (Salt Water / 16x32)
Pool can ONLY be heated from April 1st - May 31st and September 1st - October 31st for an additional fee of $250 + tax. During this period, pools cannot be heated when temperatures drop below 60 degrees, even at night. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PETS
This is a pet friendly home and accommodates up to 2 dogs per stay. Dogs must be at least one years old and not weighing more than 35lbs. There is a $50 + tax pet fee for one dog, $100 + tax pet fee for two dogs. No more than two dogs will be approved per reservation and the quantity must be entered at the time of booking. Violators will be handled at the owner's discretion.
