This charming condo in Pass-A-Grille is located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico, and offers stunning beach views and breathtaking sunsets. The Upper Sun Deck is your front-row seat to the #1 Beach in the country. Queen & Small Twin Bunk for a child. Enjoy a variety of water activities, with paddle-boards for rent just a block away. This studio condo is at the heart of Pass-a-Grille. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and a sand wedge from the sand on the BEACH!! See you soon!!!

The space: Located next to The Brass Monkey Restaurant. Parking: Public parking only, we can't guarantee you will find a parking spot. The condo building doesn't have a designated parking lot. Parking is typically more available around check in at 3p.m. Upon check in, please message us your vehicle make/model, and license plate number/state. We'll then add you as a guest under our residential parking profile. This will allow you free parking anywhere on Pass-A-Grille Beach. These are the parking areas: 3R-B, 3R-D, and 4R. Anywhere that states Permit parking is also allowed. Any questions, please reach out.

Great location, communication, and clean!
We love coming to the area, and this location was excellent! The unit was very clean. And it was a pleasant surprise that the AC could keep up with the outdoor heat. We loved the layout of the unit and all of its amenities. The host was excellent with communication. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Perfect spot!
Wonderful location, great studio apt. It has all the amenities we needed and a few extra touches that are convenient and thoughtful. It’s small but that should never surprise anyone if you look at listing thoroughly. We walked the whole area very easily during our stay without the need of a rental car. It’s a small community feel condo that expects quiet, considerate neighbors. This is why I would return.

A very cozy, clean & updated property & so close to beach! My 6’2 hubby said the shower space was too small & awkward for him. Thank you for the wine!! Waze directed us to 19th street which was wrong. I never saw a room # on our welcome letter & our daughter in Tampa had to get info to check us in.

Just what we were looking for!
We found this property on VRBO and the entire process was flawless thanks to the owner. The property description was accurate, all questions were answered quickly, check in was seamless and we felt like we enjoyed our vacation! The apartment was met our needs and the second story deck, which overlooked the ocean and Gulf Blvd, was terrific We loved the location, downtown Passé A Grille, with great old style shops and cool restaurants and doesn’t have the crowded milieu up in St Pete’s Beach We enjoyed our time and would return next year!

Lovely Stay
It was a lovely place exactly like all of the pictures! We enjoyed the seaside porch and the restaurants right next to our apartment. The amenities were great and we loved the beach chairs! Would definitely stay again!

Great vacation!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights this past week and it was GREAT! A great place to stay, location and condo-wise. Very close to many great places to eat within walking distance and there are lots of things to do around the Pass-a-Grille area. Very clean and a beautiful condo and we received great communication from the owners all throughout our stay. Would 10/10 stay again!
