Bedroom 4 Bedroom number 4 is a small suite 2 entrances, one from the house and one from the front of the house with a separate door. The suite has a hotel grade Queen mattress bed a 42 inch Amazon stick TV, A full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 5 (The library) Located near the living room, has a hotel grade Queen Bed, 42” Amazon Stick TV. There are plenty of outlets to keep your devices charged. You can use all the rooms and amenities, except for a few locked closets and the master balcony. There's no street parking but there's plenty of space to park in the driveway. You'll be given the gate code and a unique code to access the front door and a guest book link full of all the information you will need. There is a full-size washer and dryer available for you to use, and the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with essentials. From here, you're just minutes from the local grocery store, restaurants, breweries, hiking trails, shops, luxury spas, and the Vegas Strip. Other things to note Our main goal is to make sure you enjoy your stay, relax and create amazing unforgettable memories with your friends and family. Our team is ready to help you with any request. We allow a max total of 12 guests. We are Dog (no cats please) friendly, and allow most dogs to stay at the property. Please tell me your pet breed age and weight asap. There is a pet fee - $20 per night per dog. Your dog must be approved and paid for prior to checkin. If your dog wasn't pre-approved and/or the additional fee was not paid for prior to checkin, your reservation will be subject to cancellation.
