Spacious 3BR/2.5BA Home - Close to Denver Airport!

Welcome to our cozy 3-bed, 2.5-bath home located just 15 mins from the Denver International Airport! Unwind by the indoor fireplace, cook your favorite meal in our fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry. No more scraping snow off of your windshield when its time to leave! 2 vehicles will be safe from any outdoor conditions in the enclosed garage which has an electronically operated door. All bedrooms are upstairs, and the master bedroom has an in suite bathroom!

The space has been thoughtfully decorated and well equipped with quality furniture, as you will see once you walk through the front door. You will first walk through the living room boasting very high ceilings, tons of natural light, and a cozy gas fire place. There is a TV with basic cable located inside of the armoire. We also offer free Wi-Fi for our guests with both a download speed and an upload speed of around 200mbps. Through the living room you will find the dining table and full kitchen. Just past the kitchen you will find the 1st floor half bathroom, the laundry room, and the entry to the inside of the garage space. Headed back towards the stairs you will find a dedicated workspace at the first floor landing and one at the second floor landing for any of your work needs. Both dedicated work spaces get great natural lighting during the daytime hours, creating a healthy work from home environment! Upstairs you will also find the master bedroom which has a queen bed, walk n closet, and an in suite bathroom with a standing shower. You will also find the other two bedrooms just down the hall. both bedrooms have full beds, closets, and clothing storage. Between the two bedrooms in the hall is the second full bathroom.

Guests will have access to the entire space except for one closet indoors that is locked and used for housekeeping/maintenance storage. Guests will also not have access to the outdoor shed.
