As the proud owners of this completely renovated country club cottage, we are thrilled to present Cottage on Cove. Every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully arranged to present an experience of relaxed refuge just a 2-minute drive from Cooperstown All-Star Village—easy access to SUNY, Hartwick College, and the Baseball Hall of Fame.

This incredible home offers a wide-open floor plan complete with a Living Room area, Dining Area, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Bath with a Stall Shower, a large king suite with an ensuite bathroom with shower, a large, bright den with a 65" TV, and incredibly comfortable sleeper, a beautiful back yard and screened in porch. A full commercial-size washer and dryer are in the basement.

The second bedroom is beautifully laid out with two twins.

Central air means you will be sleeping comfortably no matter the weather.
