If you partake in 420 activities please do so outside of the home. The smell is hard to remove and it will cost you $200 extra to deodorize the home.
Please respect the home. We tried to be simply perfect but... pets on furniture will result in $100 fee. Claws cause damage… Pet hairs on furniture…

Clean and quiet

Nice house that is clean and in quiet neighborhood. Easy walking distance to River ,downtown and food. Flexible host allowing us to check out later. Would definitely stay again

New Years stay

As a tradition my wife and I come down from Colorado at the end of each year to do our Christmas time with the grand daughters and celebrate the new year in Baton Rouge staying at a convenient place within walking distance from the Mississippi River and the new years eve fireworks. This place filled the bill perfectly.

Christmas reunion

This property is very well maintained. The listing is very accurate. Comfortable home with nice size rooms and comfortable beds. The hot water is hot! The kitchen is well equipped. We plan to make this a regular rental for our frequent Baton Rouge stays. Well done. The neighborhood is quiet.

Why they chose this property

It's an amazing location. 2 minutes from the interstate. 10 minutes or less from the airport. Close to LSU and you could walk to the downtown area. Have fun on game day and be back for the night in minutes. In town for a concert or an event downtown? Visiting family? You can't go wrong with. this location.

It's a 2 bedroom cottage that's close to everything. It is not wheel chair friendly. You will have a few steps as seen in the photos.
