We travel to St. George often for kids Sports. Usually it's quite a challenge to find a place that works for us. This place was a little out of the way (15-20 minutes from where the games were at), but it worked great. Nice and quiet. Basement was well taken care of... and fit us all. Would stay there again. Thanks!
This was a nice sized place to stay. We had plenty of room for the 4 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant that we had with our party. Pros (In no particular order): 1. Lots of space and good size rooms. 2. Lots of parking3. Was in a nice neighborhood4. Easy communication with the host5. Kitchen with dishes, fridge, dishwasher.6. King Size Bed, Queen Bed, Bunk Bed.7. Big tableCons (In no particular order): 1. No oven2. Variety of Pillows (some to hard, to soft)3. Bed was not as firm as we like (personal preference)4. The Top bunk bed was missing a guard on the side5. Was a bit away from everything (however, this can also be a Pro depending on preference)Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.
We were in town for a soccer tournament. It was nice to be away from the crowded city. It was a plus being so close to Snow Canyon. Good sized space and my boys loved having their own rooms!!
It is a nice place to be , in the foot hills of Snow Canyon/St. George's northern mountains. It was a very relaxing place to go to after a long day. Its very quiet and at night you can see stars for miles and miles abd mile
The building was nice. We arrived after dark. The light was on but there was no identifying number on the building. I tried the code upstairs first and it didn't work. I was hesitant to try it down below because the inside light was on and I thought perhaps someone lived there and I didn't want to intrude. I wasn't sure it was the right place. I would have liked to have been closer to town and would have liked to have had some landscaping. Also, someone was staying there the first 3 nights we were there. They came in late and the footsteps and noise of them walking around was a bit distracting. Over all, it was a nice place.
Stopped over in Utah on our way to Santa Monica. Beautiful basement apartment with private entrance. This was a simple but beautiful place. Had everything we needed. We would 100% recommend this to other travelers.
This rental had tons of space and was very clean. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It is on the ground level with its own entrance. There are people who live on the second level. One of the nights we were there, there was a lot of noise coming from above the living room area. Not sure if it was a Roomba or what (mechanical sounds mixed with dragging sounds?), but it was pretty loud and happened after 10pm. The location was not ideal for us since it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to most of the restaurants, stores, etc. we wanted to go to in St. George. The manager was very prompt in answering any questions or messages we sent, which was greatly appreciated. Overall a great rental if you don't mind the drive.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The property owner was quick to respond with any questions and concerns. Never made me feel stupid or a bother. It was great to have a washing machine available, especially since I was travelling with 4 kids! The rooms were a good size and we really appreciated the large couch and books to read.
This is basically a mother-in-law apartment. It's the basement of what I assume is the owner's home, which means you will hear all of the things you would typically hear in your own home - talking, TV/radio, microwave or coffee maker beeps, dishes being set, etc. If their sleeping and waking hours don't match yours, you'll know that too. Hence the four stars.
Besides that one issue, the apartment was exceptionally clean. We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs, but this one was probably the cleanest. There is a ton of space - more than the pictures accurately communicate. The five of us never felt crowded. Most of the appliances were brand new. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the cooking basics (just a two burner cook top and no oven), but St. George has a plethora of excellent eating establishments. The rental is located in the Ledges community, which is a small, quiet neighborhood with very friendly people about 10 minutes outside of St. George with lots of walking paths and pretty scenery. We were there for spring break and St. George was CROWDED! It was nice to come back at night to where there were less people and no crowds. The community is just a couple of minutes away from the back entrance to Snow Canyon (a must see!). There was plenty of space for parking. They mean it when they say you could get an RV, camper or other toys in there. I even saw electrical outlets along the driveway. All in all, a nice place to stay.
