Centrally located in the historic Silk Stocking District, this elegant cottage built in 1882 and a 1900 storm survivor is only a few blocks (8 minute walk) from the beach and the Pleasure Pier.

Although you are very close to all the action, you'll be just far enough away to have peace and quiet when you need it.

Though over 130 years old, unit 1 is very open and inviting. The living room has plenty of seating to accommodate family and friends as well as a pull-out sofa bed. The large kitchen with breakfast bar makes cooking a breeze. Guests share a large bath with bathtub/shower off the kitchen. Catch-up on rest and relaxation in the secluded primary bedroom at the rear of the house.

Really great stay for a great price

The location was amazing for a small get together with my friends. The beach was only a few minute walk away, and the living room area was great and open. Overall, it was a super easy process and the unit was in great condition. Amazing job.

Cozy, classic, beach stop

My family stayed at the house for an afternoon/evening. It’s close to a corner market, a walk (a few blocks) to the beach, but a drive would be quicker! There was plenty of kitchen equipment, the bathroom was stocked for us, the bed was comfortable for a little family of 4. I would come back!
