Although you are very close to all the action, you'll be just far enough away to have peace and quiet when you need it.

Though over 130 years old, unit 2 is very open and inviting. The living room has plenty of seating to accommodate family and friends. The kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining table makes cooking a breeze. Guests share a large bath with bathtub/shower off the kitchen. Catch-up on rest and relaxation in the secluded primary bedroom at the rear of the house.

You have private access to all of unit 2.

1. the front porch, back deck, and laundry room are shared with the other unit.

2. Cameras are located in exterior common dishes such as the front and back yards and the laundry room.
