The living space has a full size convertible couch. The den (with a queen size sofa bed) can be partitioned off for guest’s privacy. The unit has its own designated parking space by the front door that is long enough to handle a boat or motor bike trailer. As with all Casas de la Playa properties, the unit is fully equipped from pots and pans to linens and towels.
