**The Space

Relax, refresh & unwind at Stillwater Retreat! Take in the peaceful surroundings of our Perch Lakefront home just 30 minutes from the bustle of Traverse City. Spacious home, great for gatherings. Large primary bedroom with attached bath and remote work station, 2nd Bedroom with king bed and plenty of storage, 3rd Bedroom with full bed and bunk - perfect for kids or adults! Game room with sleeper futon. Shuffle board, electric dartboard, plenty of board games -- fun for everyone!

The home is nestled in pine trees with a screened deck facing the lake. A boardwalk encircles the home with stairs leading to the 3-4 person hot tub (use year-round), fire pit with twinkle lights, and dock. Inside you'll find a large living/gathering area, open dining and kitchen area and game room.

**Enjoy all 4 seasons at Stillwater Retreat!

Spring/Summer: Have a blast using our paddle boards, float around in our inflatable river tubes, or take a relaxing paddle around the lake in one of our kayaks! Great fishing, too! (No gas motors, only electric/trolling motors; water toys are seasonal May-Oct).

Fall: Striking fall foliage, sunsets on the lake, gorgeous drive! Enjoy crisp air on the screened deck, sitting around the fire pit under the twinkle lights, staring at the stars.

Winter: Lakefront winter wonderland! Enjoy nearby winter activities: Stillwater Retreat is in the heart of snowmobile country! Skiing! Ice fishing on Perch Lake (if lake is frozen).
