The pool heating fee is $115/day starting the day of arrival. There is a 3-night minimum stay requirement for this service. If you're interested, please give me a heads-up at least a day in advance. The pool heating is set at 80-85 degrees, depending on outside temperatures.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ The driveway can park up to three vehicles. Ample street parking is also available.

➤ The guests will have access to the entire property. Please make yourself at home! Additionally, two hall closets are locked; these are closets designated for supplies and storage

➤ Important: Just a heads up, I only accept bookings if the main guest is 25 or older.

➤ My home features three (3) strategically positioned cameras: Camera 1 monitors the front door, Camera 2 captures the front left side of the house, and Camera 3 oversees the carport area, ensuring comprehensive surveillance

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.

➤ Unfortunately, I can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony, patio, and pool area. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.

5. Guests are kindly reminded not to attempt removal of the pool vacuum system, but to simply move it aside if necessary during pool use, to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment. It is imperative to adhere to this rule. Failure to do so and causing damage will result in charges being applied to the responsible guests.

6. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.

7. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per each additional half-hour stay.

8. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
