Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. lt had all the amenities we needed with 8 adults. It was clean and well cared for. The pool with the beautiful backyard is resort like. It even has lemon trees you can eat the fruit from. I wish we had known that after 10 pm we couldn’t be outside and use the hot tub due to noise ordinances. That was the only hiccup but we enjoyed ourselves indoors.

This property is beautiful, has everything you could possibly need, ample space for a large group to have privacy, and outdoor accommodations that were pleasing to all. We will definitely rent this property again, and would recommend to all of our family and friends.

Fun in the sun and kitchen!

Our group loves to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked with every possible utensil we needed. Fresh lemons in the backyard made for delicious cocktails and the pool area was a gorgeous private oasis. Multiple cozy outdoor places to spend the evening by a fire and watch the stars. A spacious property for 3 families, very well maintained and had a lot of little extras you don't typically see in a VRBO. Extremely responsive host and beautiful property all around. We've stayed in 20+ vacation homes and all around this was the best!

An Oasis of Tranquility and Relaxation

I rented Mary’s Place so that members of my family could gather together in Phoenix to surprise my sister for her 80th birthday. The house was wonderful and had plenty of space to accommodate my 12 family members. The house was stocked with everything we needed to have a stress free and relaxing stay. The highlights of our stay was being able to enjoy the heated pool and jacuzzi, and being able to pick fresh lemons and pick grapefruits from the beautifully landscaped garden to make delicious cocktails during on stay. Tears flowed from the eyes of my family members as the time came to depart and leave this oasis of tranquility and relaxation. Thank you Mary for opening your home and for the great memories we have of our stay.

Great spaces inside and out

We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire features so in the evening we could sit outside and watch tv, read and relax comfortably. We also played bags and pool with friendly family competition.

Spacious and Tranquil

WOW! The place is beautiful! There was plenty of room for all of my family inside and out. The outside is what sold us with the gorgeous pool and landscaping, and plenty of comfy seating for everyone. The kitchen is enormous, perfect for cooking and serving our group. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all huge and beautifully furnished. There is one downside, though. I don't own it! 😁

Spacious house and gracious host

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We were there in Peoria for a baseball tournament and shared this home with other teammates and their families. The home was spacious and very clean. It had everything you could possibly imagine in terms of kitchen gadgets and appliances. It made cooking easy and fun. There was ample room for our party to sleep and between the pool, hot tub, billiards table and poker table, our families were more than entertained. Our host, Mary was easy to get a hold of when we had questions and she was very gracious. Excellent property and host. Thank you!

Big enough for multiple families

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The house was big enough for 3 families. Everyone had their own area without being on top of each other. Mary was very responsive and the house was beautiful.

Best Place in Peoria

We have stayed in many rentals in this area and this home was the best. The host is amazing and it was a great home for our family to stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and our kids had a blast. Will definitely be back!!

Wonderful home for a family vacation!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. Plenty of space and beds for everyone in our family and the backyard pool area is AMAZING! Mary was very prompt in communication and our 15 year old is so comfortable there she said it feels like home.

College friends’ 60th bday celebration

Our group came from all over to celebrate 60th birthdays. The home was perfect for our group of 11. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor heaters for the cool evenings. The home location was perfect for area activities such as horseback riding, spring training games, atv tours and golf. There are local restaurants that were very good and we made good use of the kitchen as well. The home owner was extremely easy to work with and was very responsible to any questions we had. We hope to be back!

Another great stay in Pleasant Valley

We have used this property for our annual golf vacation several times. Great back yard features in a very nice community.House is always immaculate. Host is always easy to reach and attentive to even minor details. She even shipped us a potato masher overnight ! Can't wait until next year.

My computer is giving me grief and I cannot access the ratings. We had a Marvelous time. Paid to heat the pool and it was well worth it! 10 family members and lots of room. Extremely comfortable house with sensational backyard

We had a wonderful time while in Arizona for the Super Bowl. The house is extremely comfortable with plenty of beds. The kitchen also was so stocked. The owner was very responsive and explained everything well. And the pool and the outdoor area really could not be better. Be advised that the house is a bit out of the way (Peoria on the map is much closer to Phoenix but this is pretty far north of there) but there are still things within 15 min. Enjoy!

Wonderful home wonderful experience

10 seniors on a week vacation. Plenty of beds, a big hot tub, and the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen. Mary is a wonderful host. A very fun vacation.

A New Tradition

This was our second year booking this place. You just can't beat the backyard and amenities. It really feels like you have a private resort. Arizona was unusually chilly this year but the pool heater allowed us to swim anyway. All the TVs inside and out made it the perfect place to convene with family and enjoy the NFL playoff games. The owner was super responsive and gracious. Highly recommend!

My husband and I love to travel and will be spending time with my 90 year old mother. We would love to welcome you into our beautifully furnished home. We built this home brand new and have furnished it with the most gorgeous furniture and fixtures.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property in a gated community because it was close to Lake Pleasant and the neighborhood we live in is extremely desirable because of all the kids in the neighborhood and the outstanding schools. This is a small community of neighbors who actually try to get to know each other. We have monthly events and the girls have pot luck dinners once a month. The home is on a 13,000 square foot lot and the home is 4600 sq. ft. 2 story house with dramatic ceilings. I am a chef and have a chef's kitchen with everything you could possibly imagine for cooking, or you can eat out at all of our fabulous restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This will be one of the most beautiful homes you will stay at as you can see from my pictures. We take pride in our home and our furnishings and we hope you will too. Come for a bowl game, spring training, the Phoenix Open or just to relax and see how much Phoenix has to offer.
