2-Night Min stay ($952) for Super Bowl LVIII from Feb 10th- 13th 2024; Grandview "condohotel" is 6.8 miles (11 minutes) from the Allegiant Stadium and Las Vegas Strip; adjacent to South Point Casino with free self parking.
1-Bedroom suite Sleeps: 04 Maximum Occupancy: / 04 Private. Spa bath in each bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Full Kitchen, multiple cable TVs and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Free access to fitness center and the outdoor hot tub. The game room has video arcade games and a billiards table. Free WiFi in the resort common areas; Note: signal might not be available in the suite. Housekeeping is not available.

PLEASE NOTE: Upon check-in the Grandview Resort charges a Mandatory one-time (Per Unit Stay - not per person or per day) $30 resort and $5 service fee. (Only Credit Cards accepted.) Housekeeping Fee - For our other 2-Bedroom unit there is a fee of $20 per stay BUT for 1 Bedroom - I will confirm and update but believe $0. (Only Credit Cards accepted.) Total Fees for 2 BR Unit is $55 (1BR should be $35 - will confirm and update). Refundable Security deposit is 150.00 U.S. dollars (Only Credit Cards accepted).
