●●●Swimming Pool: Open 24/7 year-round. Please note, the pool is not heated.
●●●Hot Tub: Enjoy 4 hours daily from June to September and 6 hours fro October to May. Use the control panel to select your preferred times. Contact us for extra hours.

●●●Both the pool and hot tub can be used without a heater.

●●●No loud music or parties to ensure a peaceful environment.
●●●No smoking inside (including vaping and marijuana). Use outdoor ashtrays for disposal.

1.Clean up pet waste( if you stay with pet)
2. Wash used dishes or put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a load.
2.Please place your dirty towels in the hampers in the garage.
3.Take out the trash and put them in the right bin.
5. Turn off AC, lights, and close curtains.
6. Return the key.
