On the beach within minutes is this cute 2 BR/2 bath Beach Bungalow. Located in N section across from the Sandy Mart. We have 2 Queen beds, 2 twin beds (bunk beds), comfortably sleeping 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances to allow you to prepare anything from simple snacks to full meals. Flat screens in each bedroom, living room, and outside in the sitting area. Cable and Wifi is included. OUR PROPERTY HAS AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE MAINTAINED WITH A PROFESSIONAL TURNOVER AGENCY PRIOR TO YOUR STAY!
Ocean Lakes has all the amenities and recreational opportunities that anyone could want, to make those unforgettable memories with family and friends. Conveniently located right on the beach is a playground, volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball courts, and BIKE RENTALS! When you are ready to change it up you can take the kids or just yourself to the water park. The park has an Olympic size pool, indoor heated pool, 3 kiddy pools, water slide, and a lazy river open Memorial Day to Labor Day! In-door pool available year round. At the pavilion they have an arcade, and scheduled events in the recreation center. Just behind the water park is the Meet n ‘Eat that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy or join in on some Karaoke on Friday evenings. This is a 24 hour gated community with a private security patrol to keep the area safe. There are church services in the recreation center, as well as on the beach on Sundays if you want to go, everyone is invited. All of these amenities are INCLUDED in the parking pass, $15/vehicle per day, that you purchase from Ocean Lakes online prior to your stay. If your booking more the 30 days out be sure to ask about Express Check-In parking passes, which will save you $3/vehicle per day and you will be able to skip the office and go straight to the house upon arrival!

We are PET FRIENDLY upon approval (2 max- dogs only at $100 per pet for each stay) and provide a complimentary golf cart for your stay.
Weekly rental only (Sat. - Sat.) from Memorial Day through Labor Day. 3 night minimum for remainder of the year. In adhering with Ocean Lakes Family Campground policy, we do not rent to house parties or anyone under the age of 25.
PLEASE READ THROUGH AND FILL OUT RENTAL AGREEMENT WHEN BOOKING! Renters are required to acknowledge house rules prior to arrival. There is a lot of useful information in the rental agreement. Additionally, owners will need you to fill out the front page with your name, address, email, and phone number so that your information can be added to the Ocean Lakes authorization list to access the property/get a parking pass. If unable to attach form to VRBO message, please email it to n89oceanlakes@gmail.com! Once added, renter will receive an email about purchasing the parking pass in advance (it’s sent 45 days prior to your rental dates). PLEASE LOOKOUT FOR THAT EMAIL/CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL. Additionally, no linens or towels are provided for your stay. Linens can be rented prior to arrival (information in rental agreement) or renter is responsible for bringing their own.
Our goal is to make you feel at home during your stay, therefore we keep our house clean and well stocked with amenities, as you would your own. Our family is excited to have been able to purchase this property for our vacations, and equally as excited to share our home with others. We love the location as it is only a minute ride on the golf cart, that is complimentary in the rental, to the beach but just far enough away from the busy section of Ocean Lakes to enjoy some quiet relaxing time. Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a Family oriented community, the rental of this house is intended for families and extended families. It is NOT intended for groups of young singles under the age of 25. Thank you in advance for respecting our home.
