Q1: Is the pool heated?
A: Yes, the pool is heated to 85°F (30°C). The pool heater will automatically activate if the water temperature drops below 85°F. In the unlikely event that daytime temperatures fall below 50°F (10°C) during winter, maintaining the pool temperature at 85°F may be challenging. Unfortunately, we can't control the weather, but it's rare for daytime temperatures in Florida to drop below 50°F.

Q2: Is there any extra charge for pool heating?
A: No.

Q3: How far is the home from the Tampa International Airport?
A: 40 min (26 miles) depending on the traffic.

Q4: Is the beach nearby?
A: Yes, Sunset Beach and Howard Park Beach are both within a 10-minute drive. The Clearwater Beach is about 30-45 minutes away, depending on the traffic. Please note that there are no beaches within walking distance.

Q5: Is there fishing gear available?
A: Yes, we have fishing gear available at the property. However, due to regular use, we cannot guarantee the condition of the equipment. If needed, there are two local tackle shops within 5 minutes of the property, and a Walmart Supercenter is less than 10 minutes away, making it easy to pick up new gear.

Q6: Can we rent a boat, kayaks, etc.?
A: We don’t personally offer this service. While we have kayaks at the property, they are not available for rent due to liability reasons. However, there are several nearby places where you can rent boats, kayaks, and other equipment, offering plenty of options for you to enjoy.

Q7: What is the guest registration policy?
A: For safety and security reasons, every guest who enters the home during your stay must be listed on the reservation. Please ensure that the correct number of guests is registered.
