About You
I grew up coming to the Lake and hold many of my best childhood memories there. We have 5 children and decided that we wanted our children to have the enjoyment as well. We live close by in the KC area but have family all around our cottage. We are excited to share our little Sunrise Cottage with all of you so you too can make memories.

Why This Property?
Location, Location Location!! This is a perfect little home that has nice yet comfortable furnishings. You can play hard and sleep hard in our home. We have a great little spot by land and by water allowing families to make wonderful memories.

The Space
When you walk in our home, you are met with a wide open concept plan. The home feels spacious for its size, with vaulted ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen. You have a large, comfortable sectional in the living room, fireplace and smart TV. The dining room has seating for 6 and two barstools that are under the island. The kitchen has everything you need to make an amazing meal. Top of the line All-Clad pots and pans, Ninja Blender, Keurig single cup coffee pot and a drip coffee pot. We pride ourselves in our home meeting most of your needs and being well stocked. Each bedroom is similar in the setup with one queen bed with high end mattresses and one day bed. They each have their own vibe. One full bath with shower complete with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. we provide a blow dryer just in case you forget yours. The laundry room has a stackable washer and dryer for your needs. We stock our home with enough toilet paper and paper towels to get you started as well as dish soap and laundry detergent. When you walk out onto the deck you. are met with a high top table and 4 hightop chairs that you can sit out and enjoy your breakfast or a cup of coffee and gaze out at the lake. Its beautiful both day and night. You travel down two flights of stairs to get to the dock where you will find a spacious two well dock complete with lake toys and lounging chairs.

We are located in Sunrise Beach MO just off of F highway close to the toll bridge to get to Osage Beach and by water right across the lake by Margaritaville at the 25 Mile Marker.
