Life is good at Arcadia. What was once a 1950 mid-century modern motel has been given a second chance to create community for the modern traveler. This boutique hotel is locally ran, independently owned, and centrally located amongst Garden City’s blooming neighborhoods! We can’t tell you how thrilled we are to be immersed in the vibrant bustle of new eateries, wineries, breweries, art blocks, and community event centers that surround us.

Yes, each of our rooms boasts a unique design, so please come back and try them all! You will find that our user-friendly self-check-in system will welcome you at all hours, allowing you to arrive worry-free at your convenience. Please note that parking is on a first come first serve basis. In the event that on-site parking is full, we will provide a map for overflow parking.

Arcadia hosts two styles of rooms: Queen Studio and Queen Studio Suite.

The Queen Studio welcomes you with an alluring modern design wrapped up into a fully stocked studio space for relaxation, work, and enjoyment. For your convenience, there will be a mini fridge, coffee maker, work space, smartTV, and large private bathroom. Oh, and most importantly, a comfy queen sized bed to ensure a good night’s rest for tomorrow’s adventures.

Sneak around back of the main building, where you’ll discover a full patio designed to foster community and bring the stories of travelers together.
